The OZSPIT & BBQ™ Stainless Steel Multi Adjustable Spit Rotisserie Basket is a very handy and useful accessory for slower grilling of meats, poultry, fish and vegetables to name some over a fire while it rotates on the OZSPT & BBQ™ spit bar driven by the OZSPI & BBQ™ spit motor. It fits all 4 (600mm, 800mm, 1000mm & 1200mm long) OZSPIT & BBQ™ 12mm diameter spit bars. It’s made from 304 food grade stainless steel and has 4 adjustable and locking load levels (“height or depth settings”) to secure your produce over a fire. A simple squeeze together of the “basket” top (flat component locating bars) at each end allow up or down adjustment in the lower “cage” component that has the 4 “height or depth” levels on tabs at each end to suit your cooking requirements. It securely locks into position on the OZSPIT & BBQ™ spit bar with the 2 “thumb type” screws. It can easily be stored with all your OSPIT & BBQ™ accessories in the very handy OZSPIT & BBQ™ Heavy Duty Canvas Storage & Transit Bag ready for your next “KOOKUP™” over a fire “BACKYARD, BUSH or BEYOND™”.
